One year I tuned in to watch a game against UNC a loss...I remember vividly the difference in guard play and the athleticism of UNC overall. I trust Geno to go out and get some additional help for this team via the portal. Also, as I get older I realize how lucky and grateful I am as a UConn fan. The sustained excellence year after year is not easy, hell it damn near took Tara almost 30 years to get another one. And early on Dawn took her lumps when she had some pretty good teams and still lost to us. She stayed the course and continued to recruit the type of players that she felt would get her over the hump...and won the recruiting battle with Rivers and Johnson as well. SC was the best team all year and I look forward to future games, lots of young talent on both teams.
