She’s clearly the GOAT, but the team had weaknesses and it took all of Paige’s moxie to shore those up. For this season, those weaknesses have been addressed. Where they had to be scrappier than everyone else in the tournament last season, they’ll be able to go toe-to-toe with anyone this season… and still be scrappy as hell. This doesn’t mean other teams haven’t improved over last season too. There’s a lot contenders, maybe more than last season.
