Can anyone confirm whether or not Diaco was paid a bonus for a fake FG? We faked more FGs than actually attempted under him. I gotta think (hope) he got paid for those nonsense decisions.

Yeah - just saw in the ESPN bottom 10 that he's made $10,000 from that this year. Seriously

I think this is a creative way to make the job more appealing in this situation. Low salary base in rebuild mode is a tough sell. I like that it is all contingent on a 950 APR.

I think the incentives are fine. There is nothing wrong with it even if the football team isn’t doing too well

If I were Benedict, I would now flip the table on Randy. What benefit is a contract to UConn at this point? Why get involved with buyouts when it’s becoming likely that’s an eventual
path that must be traveled. Living day to day is better, given the circumstances.

That 950 APR is real comforting - that will have zero impact in on field results.

Now that we know how much it triggers you, I want every single coach the school hires going forward to have an APR incentive written into their contract.
