Every year we hear the same thing. The QB situation is wide open and that he won't name a starter until game time .. it will be a game time decision. Edsall closes out the media from practices... creates ambiguity in the depth chart as if it's going to create some sort competitive edge by not naming a quarterback. Then we get our teeth kicked in. So where the hell is that edge and why does he continue to do it every single year?
If the QB situation was so wide open and came down to a game time decision then why did Krajewski only see garbage time while Zergiotis was allowed to look like a walk on QB with walk on QB stats? Why did Edsall immediately note that Jack would be starting next weekend? Another Edsall head scratcher is that he seem to get solid WR's ... I'm convinced that these kids don't do their homework.... Edsall is really good at selling snake oil ....or maybe they just really like blocking?
Edsall tells fans he wants to run a wide open offense but replaces Rhett with Guifre a freaking Oline coach. We were sold the Edsall snake oil vision instead we head into this year with as low expectations you can have for a program with expecting a loss today.... yet Edsall still found a way exceed our lowest of expectations.
