Peart seems like the real deal and the new staff is doing everything in their power to make him possibly the best lineman we've seen at UConn

The athleticism is there. He just needs to work on technique. He was wildly inconsistent last year, but he showed flashes. Sounds like a kid with a good head on his shoulders who is willing to put in the work.
