His play calls were way too conservative. The run was working at the beginning of the game but even when UMASS started to catch on he kept going with it instead of incorporating some passing in. UMASS on the other hand began airing it out and were able to come back because of it. The defense played well for us in the first half but based on last week you should know that there would be a defensive collapse and as a result you should be trying to score as many points as possible instead of running every single play. Forget the clock management and try and get some points. Very frustrating to see the team play well and end up losing a very winnable game due to poor coaching and a passive mindset.
