Edit/Delete Posts??

The two options are no longer there for posts that I have made. I am logged in.

Anybody know how to fix or have the same problem??

15 minute time limit to edit or delete your own posts. If I had the option, I'd let people edit or delete their own posts until someone replies, but that's not an option.
