EDD Not Playing Against Sam Houston

Looks like her battle with Lyme Disease is not going well.

This medical issue could severely impact her chance of ending up as the all-time NCAA leading scorer. If she doesn't return soon it will be a one woman race for that title. I was looking forward to watching that story develop throughout the season, although ESPN probably would have run it into the ground.

Expectations in Delaware are that she'll be back by late November and misses maybe the first 4-5 games. Team got off to a slow start tonight but outscored Sam Houston State 56-20 over the last 25 minutes for an easy 63-31 win. Delaware plays Georgetown at home Sunday afternoon.
