easy seat question

Made my first ticket purchase from easy seat for the game tonight. Tickets say they need to be picked up at Hartford Hilton and will be available no more than 2 hours before the game.

My questions:
-I bought tickets for the session, which starts at 7. Does that mean tickets will be available at 5pm?
-Also, it says 'Please note our offices close 15 minutes after the posted start of the event, so please ensure that you arrive prior to the posted start time of the event'. Likewise, since I bought the tickets for the session which technically starts at 7, does that mean by 7:15 I can't pick them up?

Did anyone have any experience with EasySeat yesterday and can provide information for me?

Also, how is pick-up at the Hilton? Is it easy? Done in the lobby?

-Walk in the front door of the Hilton and go up the stairs to the left
-Table's right there, grab your tickets
-Go through the glass doors next to the table and go across the walkway
-Down the escalator, you're at the main gate

If it's all all similar to Stub hub before the NCAA at MSG, they should be open 2 hrs prior to the first session.
