I know we're all caught up in the start of the new season, but it's NLI time. Any word on Messrs. Abraham and Nowell?

I watching some Nowell highlights and he looks like his game is similar to Diarra

Nowell is going to be so so so good
He’s the most excited I’ve been about a recruit in a little while. Just seems like the perfect combo of skill/personality with what our team identity is.

Honest reply.. what makes him so good?.. he seems on the small side.. a good but not great three point shooter.. doesn’t seem to be a great athlete

Nowell is a power guard with a bulldog mentality. He’s strong and physical with a college-ready body, and also highly competitive on both ends of the floor.

He’s described as a gym rat who has worked his way into being a reliable outside shooter. He knocked down 41% of his attempts from behind the arc (43-106) during the EYBL season, along with 78% of his free-throws (40-51). He can also get downhill, absorb contact off the dribble, and play off two feet in the lane.

While Nowell came up the ranks with an aggressive scoring mentality, he’s shown a lot of growth in his ability to make plays for other people. He averaged more than 5 assists per game in the EYBL, against just two turnovers, and has shown an ability to attack with his head up and make solid reads off ball-screens. He now projects as a true combo-guard who can be effective both on and off the ball.

Nowell is also a standout on the defensive end of the floor. He’s a very good on-ball defender with a physical and aggressive style. He communicates well, has a high steal rate, and is a good rebounding guard.

I think Jeff Goodman tried to say a while back that he wasn't a good outside shooter lol. 41% on 106 3PA is pretty damn good

You almost can see that He is going to carry the torch from the likes of Kemba, Bazz, Ryan etc.

Glad he signed but he's not top 50.
What’s the official JWCF (Jake Weingarten conversion factor)? Is it 2 now, meaning top-50 is really top-100, or has he toned it down to 1.5? I get a chuckle at all of his tweets that include ratings.
