Wasn't really calling out Bo. Just the absurdity that you can assume a top 20 finish with all the players that are leaving, and without any RENT-A-PLAYERS coming in
I also wouldn't be shocked if Hayes left.
The NBA withdrawal deadline and the NCAA decision deadline are two different things.
It's not super clear from that sentence, but the NBA deadline in June is nearly meaningless.
Sometimes writers don't realize it's meaningless and characterize it differently.
