I wouldn't say Kentucky is the best regular season game despite the records, I probably will elect A&m. Better guards better coach. Duke has plenty of matchup problems they could utilize. I wouldn't necessarily consider Kentucky bigs defensive stoppers, Duke will have to correctly utilize their bigs and guards while handling full court pressure if they want to deliver Kentucky their first loss. Coach P typically coaches well against Mr.Mitchell hopefully the same happens today. A win against an undefeated top 10 opponent is what are young team needs before conference play. Welcome home game for Becca.

Duke has plenty of fine players, maybe more than UK
but Mitchell marshaled his forces well and his team decisively outplayed that of one of my least fav coaches.

Most impressed how the hated Ms Caroline when confronted with the right question
More or less delivered the right answer. Paul's presence made her inoffensive
Sunderland was astute as it when a team was struggling, made bone-head plays
Just called it like he saw it.
Rare in this biz.

He calls a lot of volleyball as well, in fact I think that volleyball is actually his sport, he certainly has a sophisticated knowledge of it. He is a long time pro announcer. He can get "homerish".

As to watching that game, I wasn't home. We delivered a full size glass guitar (decorative) my wife made to her niece (to gift her husband) in the Austin area. Return to Tucson tomorrow.

Thanks to SECtv I missed my first Duke ranked game in almost 2 years. Our starting guards shot 1 for 14. Duke is 0-3 against ranked teams this year. Sad

Until teams can get their assists up IMHO they will not reach UCONN's level.

After every good WCBB game I do one thing. Check the box scores and look at the assist v Turnover numbers. Uconn is typically in the 18-20 assist and 6-9 turnovers. Outside of Uconn top teams numbers in wins are usually something around 14-17 assist and 9-15 turnovers.
