As someone else has mentioned, even if they do no play or contribute that much they can still act as mentors to the younger players. Lets see what can they mentor them in. The team is basically comprised of players who have played professionally for years. There are no rookies just out of college. Well I suppose Bird and DT can instruct all the younger players what they have learned about drinking. Or they can mentor them in being unselfish and allowing others to have an opportunitity based on merit that they themselves have had. [/QUOTE]
