Huge night for the future of the league. Obviously I want to see the Knicks land #1 but I wouldn't mind Atlanta or Dallas. Please no Phoenix, Cavs. And please make Bilas go away.

This show is one of the weirdest things on tv. Verbally giving Zion a handy while he is in a room of his peers and putting him on TV to watch it while it happens. ESPN is terrible at everything include producing sports.

Thank god for the commercial break. I need to process what just happened.

Knowing your posting history, not sure if you are being serious. But if so, I completely agree.

I don't know how much of a difference there will be between 4 and 12. Top 2 is a must for NY.

I'm at work and not able to watch but the NBA Draft Lottery is among the worst things on TV. I don't understand why it has to be shown.

Well, we're certainly going to find out how good Zion Williamson is playing the first portion of his career in that dumpster fire franchise.

Barrett is a perfect fit next to KD and Kyrie. But who isn't.

Griffin is a very good GM. Tatum and Zion plus picks is a nice start.

And Morant plus Jackson is a great building block as well. Memphis deserved some good luck.

This sucks. But 3 was the lowest I was comfortable with so could be worse

That was probably as big a development as there could be for the offseason. Small market teams like the Pelicans need to win the draft to compete, and the Pelicans had the added problem of their superstar having given up on the franchise. A front court of AD, Randle and Zion would be pretty good, and may be enough to keep AD interested in New Orleans. I don't think Zion will be the greatest player in the history of basketball like the hype says, but he should produce immediately and be a solid player developing into an all star with hard work and a little luck.

If this takes AD off the trade block, which it might, then a lot of offseason strategies will be impacted.

Griffin is insane for thinking there is any chance Davis is coming back.

I wonder how teams approach tanking next year, still use the same approach and treat this as a one off or realize that with these new odds you can get "screwed" majorly.

We won't see the 76ers type tank again. A lot of late lottery teams are going to tank to get in the top 9. 9th worst team has a 26% chance of a top 4 pick. 10 has 14%. 14 has 5% chance.
