AS I watch this a lot of it sounds very odd. Why aren't others making the same complaints? If you know they are not going to pay you why would you go back.... They want you to practice a set amount and she feels if she does it for an hour and a half that is all she needs to do.

She sounds whiny. and the added sound effects are sad.

A lot of players have had issues with getting paid in Europe, including when teams have folded and leagues have folded, so she is not being whinny regarding that stuff.
We all hear about the great pay for star players playing for big teams, but there are a lot of really small market teams around.

And yes, a lot of places in Europe are racist. It does not get the publicity that it does in the US, but it can be quite blatant, especially outside of the more cosmopolitan centers.
