Using the data thru 91, double-digits are 3-19 in the sweet 16. I think at that point the gap in terms of size & athleticism becomes too much, which is why I dont think either team has much of a chance.

Buffalo has slightly better odds I'd say bc the crowd will be with them and SC's offense has struggled a bit so far, but still very unlikely.
