Does this board have a soft block for excessive edits?

I made a post, and then edited it twice in short succession to correct some typos and such. After that, I noticed that while I could see the post while logged into my account, it's not there when I look on an incognito tab.

Does making too many edits put the post in a sort of review mode until it gets looked over by a mod? Or does it permanently banish it?

I can't edit posts. I have to copy it, delete it, and repost it if I want to change it. Before time runs out.

How do you turn off guest mode in the google chrome browser? I switched to Edge a while back but for work they tell me I need to use google chrome for a particular vendor website. I can't even create a shortcut to Chrome on my computer because I can't get out of guest mode. It is frustrating!
