Does Geno Have It Right When He Says

I don't know what to do with this, but it is one of those things I just stumble into and have to share. And now seems a particularly appropriate time as he attempts to get consistency out of his "youths". This video starts with his speech a couple of years ago that went viral about kids being me, me, me and not showing enthusiasm on the bench. Then he launches into what's wrong today and right out of the box he tells us something pretty striking:



I can see him doing that.

Here is a different part of this Geno on stage whatever where he says something that he's said before, but he makes his point in a way that hi-lites to me at least that he's coaching to a standard which is far beyond winning.



Winning is never good enough.
