True, I know we are and have been a wing/guard-dominated team for the most part for the last 20+ years. This works against 90-95% of the teams since no team has had a dominant post (Griner, Boston excluded) and if they get theirs it's still a win for us. Against an athletic frontcourt with some size like South Carolina, we will need some rebounding and scoring from our bigs. This is what hurt us against ND. There was no threat of scoring from the frontcourt except for Sarah at times, and they stayed home and didn't double-team anyone hence no open 3's and a stifling defence. We were doubling and cheating off players and they hit at least 5, 3's. You have to be able to draw fouls on their bigs, rebound and score anywhere from 8-12 points to keep them honest. The only playmakers we have is Paige and Sarah. They are normally the player who leads the offense and are usually the team's best passer and dribbler and can get their shot at any time. She is an outstanding shooter but she can't be relied upon to score 15+ every night. Can she take someone off the dribble? It seems like if she misses 2 shots she stops shooting and it's in her head. The best starting 5 is or should be Paige, Sarah, Ice, Azzi and Ashlyn. That leaves no scoring punch off the bench until Griffin returns
