This is Warde's make or break year for me and the game day experience. Things that need to change:

1. Nuke DJ Joey
2. Nuke all the in game commercials so we can have some break from the sensory overload
3. More band, lots more of UMCB

We need to purge the Hathaway, I can't fund raise so I sell every minute of game time break approach.

Definitely a plus. If we have the music its OK but adding his voice, the music, and a 5-7 season was more than enough to make me want to bang my head off the concrete on the Rent's concourse. Nothing worse that Temple taking us down and DJ Joey imploring everyone to "stand up y'all"

I believe he meant EDM, electronic dance music. The emo rock thing (Smiths, Joy Division) isn't as popular these days except for the Twilight fan kids.

I think "nuking" Joey is bit extreme but if all he has to do is play music then I'm fine with it. And I know for a fact that there is a serious effort to revamp most of the in-game stuff. It won't be perfect but there should hopefully be less commercials and more in-game contests and stuff like that.

And I have a band rant stored up for another time but I'll save it for some other time. (But just to be clear, the kids are super talented, the people in charge, uh not so much).

I realize he's not for everyone, but DJ Joey is trying his hardest - the kid is high energy and busting his nut for UConn. It's not his fault that the geriatric squares who sit in the stands can't move beyond the Carpenters and Rupert Holmes.
