I'm sure Jaime Dixon is thrilled that he lobbied his president to take in his alma mater, TCU, only to have his president leave them at the altar.

Once the universities decided to pursue the ACC they probably didn't want the basketball coaches muddying the waters. Unfortunately, football is driving the bus.

Boeheim has been very outspoken about SU belonging in the Big East. However, at the end of the day he is just a basketball coach, and one that won't be around much longer. SU no longer has to worry about their future. Wish we could say the same.
