In my opinion, the only way we will get to equality is when both men and women decide they will accept nothing less. In the meantime, our institutions must do a better job of setting an example and showing leadership. I don’t believe that not one person in the NCAA considered that there would be some public outcry over the unequal treatment. I think it’s much more likely that they considered it and just didn’t care. [/QUOTE]
