While I think Hurley is a good in game coach, UConn won these two championships with the less sexy parts of coaching in practices and the war room. Having the personnel with the physical ability to dominate is arguably the "easy" part, coaching them to execute almost flawlessly is harder. The discipline installed in this team (and last years') by Hurley and the coaching staff was incredible.
