Difference Between Key and Non-Key?

There's two threads about tweets on this board?

What's the difference between a key tweet and a non-key tweet? Is it the substance of the tweet or the source? Do they go to the Mods first and they place them?

It's just so much information to process and separating wheat from chaff would make the board easier.

My understanding is that tweets from the WV Twitterati and other random bloggers go in the Non-Key. Tweets from actual journalists from sites/networks with credentials go in the Key Tweets thread.

Of course, they should all be condensed into a "Nobody Knows Anything" Tweets thread.

In truth there hasn't been a Key Tweet yet, but there is potential for humor in letting posters classify tweets.
