According to the game participation chart he did. I didn't see him out there.
This brings up a different discussion about how this staff handles redshirts. I don't agree with the way they go about it. There was no reason to burn Samra's RS they way they did. You don't play an interior lineman for a cup of coffee to SEE if he can play or to build depth in case 3 or 4 OLinemen go down.

I saw him listed, but also didn't see him on the field.
Over the years the game participation report has been more than a little inaccurate. My working assumption is that he didn't play unless the staff confirms he was in or I see him in a future game.
