Since the Duke postgame tread is over 1k replies i may have missed this...
Did anyone find our guys pin?? After a quick film session it appears to have fallen off in the post shot reaction. There is a moment where it looks like there's something shiny on the floor while the last .3 ticked off. Was Jonathan sent out postgame to search the floor?? Tell me somebody has thing and its been polished and put back in the drawer with the underwear, socks, Abe Lincoln suit, "yellow" drink and whatever other secret sorcery we dont even know about.

Oh yeah, I woke up smiling again on Tuesday!!

After reading through countless posts I do recall one mentioning that the pin was found and Hurley has it. Just one post said that though. I hope they are right

when Dan noticed the missing pin right before an interview on the court post game Dan says, “where’s my pin? Somebody stole my pin.” I thought it was weird to accuse someone of stealing it. It was actually gone right after the mad celebration of Mullins hitting the big shot.

Yes, they did. A student manager found it. Tracy Wolfson was pretty funny telling him we'll get you a new one. It was like a mom telling their child.

It was time for the postgame CBS interview. After reporter Tracy Wolfson finished interviewing Mullins, she went to UConn head coach Dan Hurley standing nearby. Hurley said "Somebody stole my pin. I keep all my pins." Wofson responded, '"That's OK, we'll get you a new pin. We'll get you a new pin, I know you're so superstitious"

Indeed Hurley is quite superstitious. He had to have that pin, as he explained on an appearance with Adam Schein on Mad Dog Sports Radio Monday.

"I collect them (the pins). I set up a little shrine in the locker room before every game and I collect any mementos from the year in this little shrine that I create that I sit at while the team’s warming up so I need those pins, then you make shadow boxes from all the boxscores of games and the pins."

Hurley was not done.

"We have an army of managers and GAs (graduate assistants) that immediately went flying around and found it," Hurley said. "We got the net, we got the trophy, but I wanted that pin."
