That is commonly called the Oklahoma drill.

Lots of coaches use it because it becomes obvious very quickly who performs in a full contact setting.

God, I can't wait for the season to start! Hearing the pads crackling has me fired up! Nice to see the team is getting physical in practice...hope it translates into a tougher more physical team on the field.

You can feel the intensity of a Diaco practice from that video... I really like what I am seeing/hearing.

One thing is for sure...with the intensity from the coaches like Brown and Cummins...these guys will definitely be taught to step up and smack someone in the mouth and have pride.
