This man just gets it. I still have for years of eligibility on my 30 year old frame. I'll suit up for this guy.

You went to college so you actually don't... it's 5 years to play four after you matriculate.

Too bad though - I thought you could help!

The Husky Club has only around 7-8k members.
Not even! They were just doing their "Drive for 5k" to hit 5000 donors. Shockingly low really. I give the bare minimum, but, it counts.

Ok Kevin and Geno...ball is in your court....pony up! :D

Dammit! My day is ruined. Not really, I'm about the same size and Newsome in height, but nowhere near as in shape. Pretty sure I would be destroyed. But maybe I could have a nice Rudy story.

They could have used you to break the wedge on the opening kickoff! But it probably would have went like this:

Contradictory to popular believe and to disagree with an old axiom, this forum with the help of the Diaco family will prove money can buy you love....:D
Thank you coach, love what you and your family have done here.

How many UConn alumni out there that have never given a dollar ? Time for them to get off their cheap butt. They do not donate, they will show only if the ticket is free. CT is still one of the wealthiest states, but you would never know it. The Husky Club has only around 7-8k members. I've donated the last 14 years, and I did not even go there. Just a loyal football fan.

Tonight my wife and I made out our check for our annual donation (we've been donating to UConn athletics for about 20 years now). Anyway, I was skimming through the UConn Athletics 2016-2017 Donor Guide that came with the pledge card. On page 16 it states that "in 2015-16 there were 3,871 members of The UConn Club who made a tax deductible gift of $1oo or more annually to support UConn student athletes."

I think it's time to start raising funds for the Bob Diaco statue! We should probably also start planning which street on campus to rename after him.
Perhaps, we should wait for, oh I don't know, a winning season first?

Still, looking forward this year. I think we'll get a better sense of what a Diaco football team looks like.

Not nearly enough.
