He is a great interview. I have to admit that Warde did a good job of realizing that UConn didn't just need a coach...they needed a spokesperson. I know Narduzzi was another top candidate...while he is a great coach, I think that BD was exactly what UConn needed after the PP debacle. I also think Benedict was hired partially for his PR capability along with typical AD skills...which is something he does better than Warde. Now they just need to get us into a real conference dammit!
