I do remember reading here on the BY that one recruit, highly ranked at that, cited a reason for not selecting UConn was because Geno/CD would not allow her to wear "short-short" trunks. Now, I don't know if this statement is indeed a fact but if it is, the next years of recruiting will be fun for every coach, having to "bend" to the desires of potential recruits if they want them to be on their team.
