My wild guess is because college football season is later in the year than normal that CBB gets pushed to Sunday until January

You would be correct. The networks are filled the first three Saturdays in December with college football.

Oakland at Xavier is at noon on FS1
Fairfield at Providence, 2pm on FS1
Western Michigan at Butler, 6pm on FS1
TBD at St. John’s, 7pm on FS2
UAPB at Marquette, 10pm on FS1

I would guess it's on FS1. 4pm and 8pm looked to be open.

From the Courant, sounds like the two games on the 25 and 27 are on hold since the team has had practices paused due to COVID, which is why they haven't been announced yet.
