More than a bit. It means we have one TB on the roster with more than 10 career carries, and while talented he's small which will effect how many touches he can have.

He was indeed big (big time was arguable): Updated - 2018 UConn Transfer/Commit Courtel Jenkins - New Jersey (transfer from Univ. of Miami) (Flipped to Houston to go w/ his former DC)

I didn't realize kids could back out of a commitment and commit to another school, this late in the game. Or is it different since he's a grad student technically? It seems very late to be admitted for this year.

Sucks for us though.

This is about the time the men's basketball team got their grad transfers 2 years ago. It is strange he committed so long ago as a grad transfer only to back out now.

We're going to have to trust Randy's track record regarding the running game. He always seemed to get and keep enough running back talent in the backfield. We just have to pray that Newsome remains healthy for the entire season.

I'd love to have him but Arkeel is our main running back. Not sure if he'll be featured at Arkansas or not but that might help too.

Our disadvantages in recruiting players cannot be overstated, especially since the demise of BE football and our demotion to G5 status. I consider it a near miracle that RE once had this program ranked as high as 16th nationally, even if only for a week.
