Easily one of our best ever! Although we would love to see him achieve even more (hopefully catching-on with another team) he can be rightfully proud of his, thus far, NFL career!
He's a native son who's always stayed true to UConn and his Shelton CT roots and we wish him the very best in the future!!

He tweeted something a week ago about how Detroit will always be home. Did not elaborate. He will catch on somewhere.

The New York Giants need a good backup quarterback and he would fill the bill
Dan-O replacing Nassib is like RE replacing Diaco or Lashlee replacing Verducci/Corley/Cummings!

Hopefully he latches on too the Giants, they could use a veteran backup who won't command a huge salary and represent the team well.

Would love Dan O on this staff but he will be in high demand there are a lot of teams desperate for a backup qbs. We saw how quickly things changed for the Raiders when not only David Carr got hurt but their backup qb as well. The Giants would be a great opportunity, maybe a place where the starting qb is injury prone, like Pittsburgh, the Cowboys (great market), Redskins, Pats (if Jimmy G leaves).
