Ty Harris' first WNBA possesion is an assist on a 3 by Gamecock teammate Allisha Gray. Second possession she knocks down a 3 pointer herself. She doesn't look like a rookie.

Alot of firepower on both sides. Chennedy Carter is built for the WNBA. So much speed.

If that guard is Carter, sign me up. She is a much more rounded guard than I thought.

Well, Atlanta is alot better than I thought. Monique Billings is a stud.

Lou did not follow up her made 3 in the 2Q with anything of note. She is too passive in passing out of decent 3 point opportunities. And in the final countdown seconds, had an airball 3 in the corner and final 3pt shot that was blocked at the buzzer.

Mo was not great (A few good plays) but Carter was a brutal matchup for her. Built like a Bull (even more than Arike) and a better passer as well.

Solid opening 2 days of games. Hard to tell too much from limited sample size, but I have been very wrong in my expectations so far. Some notably surprising standouts have been Copper, Stevens, Billings, Carter, Hines-Allen, G. Williams, Dangerfield, Augustus and Sykes among others.

I don't think I have ever watched a game with so many delays. Carter and Arike are volume shooters but Carter took better shots. I think Carter played well in her first game.

Not sure if Atlanta is much improved or if Dallas is a little bit of a mess.

I will be interested to see how the Dream in their next game, which I believe is against Vegas.

I think Dallas is more of a mess than Atlanta being improved, but it's only one game. Billings/Williams dominated inside, combining for 47 points on 17-21 shooting. Dallas is notably weak inside, and I don't that Billings/Williams will dominate many other teams in the paint. Both squads will get better over time. Minimal PT from Alarie, combined with Jefferson being rusty and KLS not showing she's capable of contributing isn't a great sign though for Dallas fans. Good rookie debuts for Harris and Sabally.

Carter looks slimmer then she did in college, she must have worked hard to changed her body, and it showed on the court today.

You're throwing me off. You say Mo, I'm thinking Billings. But then realized you're probably talking about Jefferson. Mo Billings had a pretty darn good stat line.

I did not think Sabally played well at all. But then, maybe I missed something.

She had one move to the basket that was fantastic and stuck out to me, but looking at her statline she did make a lot of turnovers/fouls. Even so, scoring double figures in your first pro game is a solid start IMO. Guessing her play will clean up a lot as the season unfolds.

Sabally will be very good. Problem is Arike gets it into her head that when the game is n the line, it is 1 on 5, the harder the shot the better and she is missing way mote tahn she makes and insufferable Antonelli has her walking on water. On the other hand, Ty Harris opened my eyes. Very good player. Unfortunately, will cut into Moriah's minutes
