In the past month he has been struggling to field enough players from the injury list to simply not forfeit the games, so it makes things really hard to judge. The team is losing a lot, but they are competitive in every single loss, just do not have the grit to get it across the finish line. Is he respected by the players? Is he an asset for the players?
