CTK beat Nazareth last week....I thought that was in the state tournament but it wasn't.
Nazareth won yesterday against their big rival and moves on to the NYS Federation games in Albany the weekend of March 24....going as the NYC parochial champs. The NYC public school champ [Murry Bergtraum?] will also go there. The third team will be the winner of the NYS tournament which will be determined next weekend in Troy. Breanna and Cicero? Saniya and Ossining? Or the winner of the other semi?
3 teams meet in Albany with one getting a bye to the finals. Nazareth got a bye last year and it rotates so either the NYC public champ or the Troy winner will get it this year.
