So here we are at the beginning of the free agency scramble and the Sun just demonstrated AGAIN that they are willing to sacrifice the future to try to win now. Remember, Jas and AT are free agents next year.
3 first round picks traded to the Mercury for DeWanna Bonner. Not exactly my favorite player given the history we have with the Merc and her incessant whining to the refs. It'll take a while for me think about this in a purely unemotional way.
If they make a serious bid for Courtney Williams (a 'must do'), there probably won't be much cap left for Strick, or the bench.
In view of the LV and LA moves and the return of Stewie could this possibly be enough for banner #1? It's probably still a long shot, but I'm not giving up my seats!
