The clue doesn't specify, but it easily might've referred to either one, or both. Fifteen combined titles is a handful more than any other Division I school's two hoops teams can claim. Obviously the men's team had a rough last couple of years, but I'd say a pair of championships this decade suffices to satisfy the clue.
