And don't forget Shea at Vandy. These are great coaches who've been building programs and reputations for their schools, and helping their players grow in all sorts of ways. These are all teams that are capable of pulling off an upset in the tournament. And I'd include Lindsay Gottleib in this list. I didn't really see it until this season, because last season USC depended so much on Juju that I couldn't tell how much the coach actually contributed. But she's been recruiting effectively, and she's been a teacher as well if you consider how she's given her freshmen lots of minutes and built their confidence -- look at Avery Howell as a case in point.
