It is easy to add additional ratings if requested. I found it interesting that Tennessee was only the fifth worst rated At-Large bid (worst was Buffalo. Results Rank 53rd). Does anyone believe that Tennessee (Results Rank 43rd) is more worthy of an At-Large bid then say Ohio (Results Rank 39th).
