I actually think they are equally bad. Not calling fouls allows teams to totally disrupt freedom of movement. And that turns the game into street ball. And that favors the less skilled team. I believe we are, by far, the most skilled team in the country. But we suck at street ball.Creighton ran a very good offensive scheme in the 1st quarter. If they hadn't missed 4 layups they would have been tied or up after 1 quarter. Left them in a hole they couldn't dig out of.
Officiating has been bad overall. It's bad to actually miss calls, but it's really bad to call fouls that didn't happen. I have seen multiple examples of both.
