Just stopped by to say that the moment of silence for Josh Dix’s mom was one of the classiest things I’ve ever seen on a basketball court. The media is always pretty tough on Hurley for his sideline antics (and sure, he brings some of it on himself) but he isn’t any more demonstrative than the dip ship in Milwaukee and the media never says shit about Shaka.

Don’t overreact to this game. You’ve got a really talented team and I hope you make a deep run in the tourney.

Hearing how he lost his mom recently and how Blake Harper lost his mom a few years ago brings incredible sadness to me. We all know we have to say goodbye to our parents at some point, but those two should never have to do that at such a young age.
