covering the spread blows up

Ha! So the old “Army camouflage effect”takes down another lazy bettor. While we could sense the improvement under Spanos, Mazzone and TP— the convincing way Army manhandled us last week fooled some into giving the points this week to Wyoming. a more traditional opponent. Those that saw how the Army triple option distorts performance either had UConn plus 30 yesterday—or refrained from the action. That was a pretty easy call.

True, as soon as I saw Wyoming played a style strait out of the George Deleone or RE/Guifre hand book, of hand it off and grind it out,
it was easy to see that:
A) Uconn's D had alot of practice against this type of offense
B) It's a nice thing taking the 31 points, when all the favorite wants to do is play ball control and run out the clock.
