I interrupt the recruiting angst to comment on the current team. I admit I am somewhat nervous about the game tonight.
1. Down 2 players, even with Purvis struggling it takes away another guy who can help and take some pressure of the freshman.
2. Less than stellar performances in the exhibitions. Thankfully we are never as good in November as we are in March but even by past history the team looked rather rough both outings.
3. We've had some struggles with mid majors in recent years and Bryant has some shooters.
If Brimah goes out there and picks up some silly early fouls and if Hamilton/Cassell play like jittery freshman this board could be in it's first meltdown mode of the season around 8pm ET. Maybe earlier?
