It's a completely blind pass and at best a 50/50 ball. The extreme situation would have to be red zone with a really tall TE and QB has to throw it deep and high into the back of the end zone. It's fun for little kids but no.

Yup. The only difference is that the QB would be lined up out wide with no blocking.
