The University of Connecticut has partnered with Human Performance company Momentous, making Momentous "The Official Supplemental Partner of UConn Athletics." It's a big enough deal for it to make the front page of uconnhuskies.com. I never heard of this brand. Anybody have any info on this deal or why we made it?

Start up in 2017. Held by private equity investors. So not a public company. They do supplements for sports performance . May be a sweetheart deal. We get supplements at a discount. They get to add us to their list of colleges and professional teams that use the product

Somehow this affiliation will come back to bite UConn in the butt. Right when UConn is being considered for a move to a better conference it will be discovered that the Company’s supplements contain banned substances and UConn will not be allowed in the new conference.

Andrew Huberman (great podcast) has partnered with them for sponsorship/exclusivity. He’s really legit when it comes to supplements and the science behind them. So I would guess they are a fairly legit company.
