She did point out Florida State's success in getting transfers immediately eligible (e.g., Chatrice White) and wondered if that played a role in Shepard's eligibility. In other words, how do you allow it for one ACC team and not for another ACC team. She and David agreed that these decisions can shape the balance of power in WBB.
