That was a clean block by Russell. There was no foul there.

103-92 Seattle. They are good at home.

Career highs in points by Jasmine, Chiney, and Natasha Howard. Kaleena was 1 short of her career high.

Sun played better in the second half, but made some silly mistakes down the stretch. Great effort by Jasmine and Chiney. They missed Alyssa's defensive rebounding and transition game, and her physicality.

This has been a tough week, what with the injury to Alyssa and the back-to-back west coast games. It'd be nice to see them pull out a win tomorrow, but they'll no doubt be tired. Even if they end up 0-3 for the week, though, they'll still have a winning record, and they'll get some time to recover and practice before heading out on the road again. I don't like the sloppiness and defensive lapses, but I do like the fight I've seen in all of their losses this season. Let's go Sun!

All Kaleena ever needed was minutes. While I’m proud of her, there’s still so much more potential in her and always has been. She was never really a smaller sized player and never had good defense, but she was always able to score. I’m still confused as to why Alysha Clark gets more minutes than her, she is a better player than Clark.
