Damn the SEC. The ACC compares favorably to the B1G. B1G is 2-5 so far this season (?!?), not including the Rose Bowl and including Rutgers. ACC is 4-2, including Syracuse.

Well, the SEC has definitely underwhelmed this bowl season. Granted, their conference has a clear line of haves (Alabama, LSU, A&M, Florida, Georgia and SC) and have nots (everyone else) this season. So Mississippi State losing was no big event. But LSU losing to Clemson is not great, nor was South Carolina needing some major help/luck to come back to beat Michigan. These were both games where the SEC was favored heavily. And now Florida getting smashed by Louisville. You can even count Georgia, which had to squeak by late against a Nebraska team that got railroaded by Wisconsin in their last game.
Will be interesting to see how A&M and Alabama fare. A&M should benefit from playing OU, a team they regularly play anyway. And Saban always seems to have Alabama ready for bowls. But with so few out of conference games, it appears the SEC was overrated this season by many.
