He still is, occasionally. I have great memories of Joe Morrone, dating from my 4 years at Middlebury where I played for him prior to his coming to UCONN. From 72-76, I was in grad school at UCONN and served as his assistant in the early days of building the program to national prominence. He broke many a clipboard but he was exceptionally loyal to his players. He was, without a doubt, the most organized man I ever met.
